📢Returns: Since each cape is personalized with your superpower, we cannot accept returns as we cannot resell the item. Please see below for “Refunds”. 

📢 Exchanges: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you buy, please contact us at orders@diagnostic-guru.com so that we can talk about the best solution for you. If you attach a photo or video of any issues, it is easier for us to handle your issue.

📢Refunds: If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will refund your money to the original method of payment less shipping & handling and taxes. There is no need to return your item in order to receive a refund.

Once you've placed your order, we'll get to work on making your superpower fly. We strive to ship it out within 3 business days of purchase.

You will receive an email once the item ships. Shipping time varies by location with USPS. For locations within the continental United States, we expect 4-7 days for receipt once the item ships.
